Account at both Bet on Bet and Hollywood

I like to add more tables and Bet on Bet only allows 4 Does anyone have accounts at both Bet on Bet and Hollywood as they are both Pokerroom skins.

I believe that one can have multiple pokerroom skin accts (i have both hollywood and pokerroom accts) but i've never tried to play both at the same time.

also, i thhink pokerroom lets one play as many tables as they want to- at least, they used to.
