Does anyone else go broke here?
5$ 3 table Poker Stars.
I thought about this a long time and thought that I could be beat, but thought this guy could be trying to bluff me off pot. River really screwed me this hand. lol Fold or risk it all? First hand believe it or not. I thought about folding and thought that would have been okay. Re: Does anyone else go broke here?
Bet the full pot on the turn. You have are ahead or have outs against anything he may have, but you aren't strong enough to give him a cheap card.

Re: Does anyone else go broke here?
yeah, maybe they fold there, but 300 isn't exactly a cheap card is it?

Re: Does anyone else go broke here?
A 300 bet into a 940 pot is a very cheap card, you gave him perfect odds to chase his draw (4:1 to hit, you gave him a little better than 4:1+his implied odds). Considering your stack size, you should have considered pushing on the turn.

Re: Does anyone else go broke here?
Since you weren't gonna fold to a checkraise, just push the turn.

Re: Does anyone else go broke here?
I'm betting the pot on the turn there, or pushing, it wouldn't really make much difference, but way more than 300.

Re: Does anyone else go broke here?
If you did end up losing the hand it was most likely because of the weak bet on the turn..you know he doesnt have the made flush on the flop so I would most likely push on the turn.
