Loaned a Railtard
I loaned a Railtard/Degenerate 150 bucks a year ago when I was running really good, its not a huge deal for me to get it back, just the fact of the matter, I see this guy off and on when I go to the casino I saw him last month when I was there he tried to ignore me nagging him for it....Do I have any recourse or should I just give up, I assume I have no recourse any one have any experiences with this?

Re: Loaned a Railtard
best thing to do is catch him with money on the table ;0) however the casino won't let you take it, and he'll probably lose it all before he gets up

Re: Loaned a Railtard
Sure you have recourse.. You could sue him or you could beat the [censored] of of him. Neither are probably worth it for $150.

Re: Loaned a Railtard
Consider it a cheap lesson. Never lend money to people...leave that to banks. Poker players (jn general) are horrendous credit risks, particularly those begging for cash.

That's the best way to get rid of somebody always hitting you up for a loan. He'll never come near you again.

I figure next time I see him, I will just embarass him at the table with all his chips, and nag him about it, maybe tell the floor as well see if they have any input.

The floor couldn't give a rat's ass about any $ that anybody owes you.
Forget it...it's gone. |

Re: Loaned a Railtard
Never loan a poker player money unless you can afford to lose it, because unless the player didn't need it you will not see it again. The risk/return is too low. If you already did count it as a loss and move on.
