Default Please comment on KK play

Please let me know what you think about my oppenents KK play.

Situation:
Game B&M $200 cap buy in $2/$5 blinds
Villain U+2 ($600) leads out for $30 (above average open for this game)
Hero MP1 (villain's immediate left $500) raises to $100.
Folded to Villain who mini-raises to $200.

A little history - the prior hand villain laid down a JJ, on a 347 board, his opponent showed him 5-5, and I could tell it bothered him. He may be smart enough to know that I think he may be on tilt.

Anyway, in general how would you play KK here. Call, raise (how much?), or push. I assume noone folds.
