Just giving up AK vs BB after flop
Hello all!
Bad session today, cold cards and confidence kinda low. Opponent average, little bit loose. Was I right to just give up here? Re: Just giving up AK vs BB after flop
I think this is fine. My first reaction was "no, bet the turn!" but this guy is ahead of you so often that it's hardly worthwhile. This way you outdraw him a decent percentage of the time at least, and the pot is tiny anyway. It's not really worth fighting for in my opinion.
Nice hand. |

Re: Just giving up AK vs BB after flop
Looks ok, I bet turn sometimes give up sometimes. Depends on player/image etc. Also just to mix it up.

Re: Just giving up AK vs BB after flop
I bet the turn and that's the last chip I put into the pot unless I improve on the river.

Re: Just giving up AK vs BB after flop
I check the turn and call a river bet if I improve.
