Default Photoshop elements question

Started designing some poker chips and ran into a problem. Is there a way to center an object in photoshop elements? I am looking to put a image in the center and have not been able to figure it out. I looked up center, align and position but no luck.

Any one out there know how to do it?

Use your grid or rulers. If that doesn't give you the look you are after, grab the object and center it yourself.

I know in photoshop if you create a guide in the center of the document when you drag a layer, it will snap to the guide.
