TT with one overcard on flop
How is my play here? Villian is LAG with 75%/5%/2.63 over 20 hands (I know, not much of a sample size...). Comments on all streets appreciated.

Re: TT with one overcard on flop
Hes only raising 5% of hands so he's not so much aggressive as he is loose.
Bet this flop and probably 3bet against the LAG. If he calls I lead the turn and call down if raised. |

Re: TT with one overcard on flop
If I lead out on the flop and then 3-bet and he caps, do I play the turn and river the same? Or is this likely to just lose money in the long run?
He obviously likes his hand and I don't like mine much. I reread the "crushing LLH post" by Ed Miller and that convinced me to call down. |

Re: TT with one overcard on flop
He's not super-ag pf, given the info (discounting the sample size).
Therefore I like your PF call, rather than a cap. If he were up in the 20-25 range, cap it. PF is goot. |

Thankyou for the comments. He turned over AQ[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Final Pot: 14.25 BB [/ QUOTE ] Personally, I probably wouldn't have tried the c/r on the flop in this situation. If he doesn't 3-bet pf, I think your line has a lot more merit. Since he does 3-bet, I'd play it one of two ways - keep in mind, this is because of the overcard landing in the flop - : 1) lead out on the flop and see what he does; 2) check/call the flop and check/fold the turn unimproved. It may be weak-tight, but I tend to assume pf 3-bettors have the goods more often than not unless I've seen them 3-bet with absolute crap. |
