Re: a couple of pushes...
Push.
Push. I realize the blinds are not massive in either situation but.. IN hand #1, you are EP, and dont want to have tricky decision on the flop. you push. Hand #2. fuckit, i still push, big hands that arent PP's benifit from pushes cause they see all 5 boards cards. you win a suprizingly large amount of hands on the turn/river with 2 big broadways. What if (perish the thought) he is GOOD and stop-and-gos you? And the turn woulda paired ya? 2 easy pushes IMHO. |

Re: a couple of pushes...
Both easy pushes. I'd push a hell of a lot more than AJ in the second situation. I suspect the list of hands I don't push would be shorter.

Re: a couple of pushes...
With "fuckit, i still push" are you referring to the fact that his stack is a little over 10BB? That's irrelevant because both opposing stacks are well under 10BB.

Re: a couple of pushes...
Hand 1
I fold here because there are still too many people behind me to act. If it was 4 handed or if I was in cuttoff, the button or SB I raise. Hand 2 I can't fault the push and the better players may tell you it is the correct play, but I would have probably raised t1200. |
