with a telephone number and home addy, people can submit a change of address at the post office.

What about phone books then? Virtually all the listings include an address. Is there not some safeguard to prevent a random person from submitting a change of address? I might have to call my local postmaster tomorrow. The USPS website has a place to submit questions also - maybe they could advise. =TomBk

I move once every year / two years because my gf is finicky about apartments.

When you submit a change of address (whether at the post office or online) the post office will send you a notice to your old address.

Can we please quit bumping 4 month old threads?

[/ QUOTE ]
Be advised I don't bump posts. Not the kind of post that says 'bump' in it anyway. I dislike those so no content posts so strongly as a matter of fact that I once started a thread on these forums indicating my opposition to them.

That being said, has the threat of identity theft been alleviated during this interim period or would you care to share your rationale for your request?

what does this mean "you" make the account. people provide you with their personal info and you open the account? i'm not arguing about your trustworthiness, i have never had an issue with that. however, i'd like to know how people are expected to give an affiliate their personal info? what if the affiliate is not trustworthy?

also, does the eurobet terms not state that people have to open their OWN account?

[/ QUOTE ]

This is exactly what I did when I openned my Eurobet account through an affiliate (not 1800), so I don't think it's out of the ordinary.

Replying to it seriously or just posting "bump"... you're still taking a thread that is 4 months old and bringing it to the top like it's a new subject.

If you want to discuss identity theft, then go ahead and start a new thread. This one here is useless at this point, especially since the OP has been booted for some kind of violation.
