Re: Risk: OOT Warfare on Wednesday Night
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Wasnt TradeWars 2002 the BBS version? [/ QUOTE ] Yes, I believe the TCP/IP one is technically TradeWars 2002 v3. [ QUOTE ] Anyway, I dont think people are that interested nowadays in playing text-only games... [/ QUOTE ] Are you quitting already? Scott [/ QUOTE ] Oh wow really? Hmmm... I dont want to pay to play. I noticed there are a bunch of servers running TW 2002 HERE that you can telnet to. I think Ill check them out later and see how the games are progressing. It sucks bad to have a late start in that game. Let me know if you start out in any of these servers so I can join in. |

Re: Risk: OOT Warfare on Wednesday Night
[ QUOTE ]
Obv Mason is the prohibitive favorite now. He's probably 55% or so, with Kurosh around 35% and the other players sharing the final 10%. [/ QUOTE ] Again, the game is not that simple. Mason was the first player eliminated. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Luzion, (L)ook for something to fight, (A)ttack, (A)ttack, (A)ttack. (H)ealer's Hut, (H)eal. (L)ook for something to fight, (A)ttack, (A)ttack. (H)ealer's Hut, (H)eal. Flirting with Violet, Mason Hellmuth [/ QUOTE ] uhhh.... what? I don't get it. Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, Select, Start? [/ QUOTE ] And because this post is begging for another acronym... ISSCKM. [/ QUOTE ] Ahhh I see now... I didnt even get it when you revealed what the acronym stood for until you said "flirting with Violet." Thats from L.O.R.D. aka Legend of the Red Dragon. That was another fun game, but oversimplistic in my opinion. It could be pretty damn fun if the game was reset and everyone had a good amount of turns though. Btw, you ever play that game and attack like a lvl2 character, and that character turns out to be equipped with the most powerful weapon in the game? I never figured out how they did that w/o the sysop helping them... |
