In regards to your question "what hands would you raise with", I try to model my blind stealing play after that of John Feeney's within his book "Inside the Poker Mind". In this book, he provides an excellent discussion of the error of loose blind stealing. Against weak opponents, I will steal raise with connecting cards down to 56. Also I wil raise with any painted-x suited cards. Against strong opponents, I try (unsuccessfully) to limit my steal attempts to Axs, Kxs and suited connectors. I will attempt reraise steals with any hands stronger than Axs.
