I hate the ones who blatantly love one team and are just shameless in how they favor them on non-local broadcasts (local guys should be for the home team). I hate constant references to Bret Favre's thumb, all the trouble he plays through, and how nothing bad can ever be said about him or the way he pretty much tosses up a minimum of 4 retard pick-me-off throws every game. I'm sick of hearing about the Frozen Tundra. I can't believe that Stuart Scott still occasionally says "cool as the other side of the pillow." I can't stand people refering to any game as war or a battle or to the players as soldiers.

More than anything, I'm hating the attitude that a lot of the tv personalities are starting to get - that they're so badass and that what they did (when they played) was so hard-core. It's getting to be a pissing contest all the time with them all feeling the need to make sure everybody knows how manly they are. This tends to happen most with the football guys (NFL and college) on ESPN. Get off it.

Hell yeah, we need the crew from Major League to come in to provide color:

Harry Doyle: Monte, anything to add?
Monte: Uh, no.
Harry Doyle: He's not the best colorman in the league for nothing.

Harry: Take over Monte, I'm in the bag.
Monte: fly ball.......caught.

awesome.

Hell of a situation we got here. Two on, two out, your team down a run and you've got the chance to be the hero on national television... if you don't blow it. Saw your wife last night. Great little dancer. That guy she was with? I'm sure he's a close personal friend, but tell me, what was he doing with her panties on his head?

I can't tell you how many times me and my friends have used some form of that line while playing sports/video games

All of my sports announcer pet peeves involve Joe Buck, Tim McCarver, and Joe Theisman.

I agree. Theisman is the worst of all though.

[censored]! I can't believe I forgot to put Theisman on my earlier list of the worst tv sports personalities. I can't stand that guy or Paul Maguire. I hate when the Vikings are on Sunday Night Football because, while they're getting a prime-time game, it means I have to listen to these retards for 3 hours.

Letting the game come to him. in college basketball. I don't think I know what it even means.

The sunday night crew is [censored] terrible for NFL. Tim McCarver is the devil.

my absolute favorite: He hates to lsoe he's a fierce competitor. or something like "they want to win. they want to go to the super bowl." fucktards. Bret Favre is a fierce competitor and he hates to lose. Daunte Culpepper on the other hand, doesn't really care and in fact laughs when he loses and videotapes it to remember the good times he had.
