Re: 40k Checkup and downswing analyzation
You look a tad tight. You can definitely open up your a range a small bit, and especially open up on the CO and Button (15% vpip for these positions is very low, I think I play around 21%+ or so on the button).
You may also be slightly too tight post-flop and folding some winners. Your wtsd% compared to w$sd suggests you aren't going to showdown often enough. You may be taking lines which allow you to be pushed off your best hand, or trying to push others off worst hands (which would explain the fairly high AF), rather than noticing the correct opportunities which allow you to passively showdown what may be the best hand. Learning to play short handed would definitely help with both the above issues. (ie: opening up your hand selection, and seeing good hands to showdown). |

Re: 40k Checkup and downswing analyzation
You have a very nice winrate. I can tell a few things from your stats. You are very aggressive on the flop compared to other streets, you raise 12 % there! Find more opportunities to call down instead of "finding out where you are" on the flop.
You don't steal blinds nearly enough and you don't defend enough either. Look for something like 30-40 % steal and 50 % fold to steal in BB. Your won when saw flop is insanely high on 3/6, you are running very good. |

Re: 40k Checkup and downswing analyzation
I've dropped over 150bb's in my last 5k hands, I sure don't feel like I'm running good

Re: 40k Checkup and downswing analyzation
Play some 3/6 6max and you will quickly find out what the problem is.
