Re: Are you ever going to bet?
No one wants to 3-bet preflop? Bet/fold the turn.

Re: Are you ever going to bet?
I like bet/fold turn. I'm assuming you fold to a river bet here?

Re: Are you ever going to bet?
I'm in the bet/ fold turn camp. If he calls I think I check/ call the river.

i bet/fold the turn.
I also bet/fold the river if you got the nuts for that. I'm pretty sure it's correct also. Krishan |

So all I have to do against you is to raise preflop, check the flop and bet the turn and if you don't have the nuts you'll fold. [/ QUOTE ] |

Re: Are you ever going to bet?
arguments for betting every street. if youre going to call a bet on the river, and you can fold to a raise when you bet out, why wouldnt you bet?

Re: Are you ever going to bet?
Why try for a checkraise in a small pot? Just bet the flop--against a non-stealer, you're likely to do better betting.
Either he calls, or he gets aggressive and you take the bet-raise-3bet line. |

okay but you play poker a good amount right? Have u never seen this move before, imo its kind of popular with unknowns/weak players...where they have AA-QQ or even AK, AQ (flop top pair or trips), check behind on the flop hoping u bet so they can raise the turn. [/ QUOTE ] yea mainly when they flop a big set they will check down to the river then cr you then and act like they are real crafty for tricking you,of course theyve probably lost a load of bets on the flop and turn. |

[/ QUOTE ] I sometimes will openraise the flop from a late position steal, get the pot HU or 3 handed, then autocheck the flop if I have a draw (even as weak as a gutshot) and there is a big card on board. When the turn gets bet, I raise and autobet any river. |
