Ok, well yeah definitly raise the flop. And not to beat it to death, but call the river c/r. I'm serious, who here thinks a flush is even in the realm of possibility?

sorry.

i would say when he check-raises the river he has QQ 50% of the time at LEAST. this means you can ONLY CALL HIS CHECK-RAISE

Slow down tiger.

Can he read hands at all?

If he's passive before the flop, he's not holding AcQc, right?

If he maybe caps with AKs does he play AcKc like this?

If not- what does he cap with that he plays like that on the turn?

If your description is on point, QQ is really damn likely once he c/rs the river and I think you maybe could make a case for calling down after he 3-bets the turn (but that hinges on if you think he'd play AA or KK like this on the turn).
