So are we looking at this as a poor wager here? I might have to go back and look at games from 2004 to see how often the under hit when the dogs covered and how often the over hit when the favorites covered.

Yes, more or less not worth it. I'd love to be proven wrong but I think Pinnacle et al know what they're doing by banning +10+ same game wagers.
