I do the same thing. I track pretty much everything in Poker Tracker. I also track rakeback and bonus money. You can see it here:

The numbers about winnings on the left are directly from poker tracker. However, you can see about a $1000 difference between my total PT winnings, bonuses, and rakeback and what I have actually made which is located on the right. Only about $100 could be accounted towards tournament entries, so I don't think PT is entirely accurate when reporting winnings.

Love the look of your spreadsheet. Would you mind attaching a copy.

Thx.

I keep records on paper, in Excel spreadsheets, in poker tracker, and as soon as they support the new postgresSQL PT databases, in a couple of S&G specific tools.

Why use things other than PT:
Stud, Tripple Draw, etc. Oh, and the fact that it is not necessarily easy to get data from all sites, and sometimes you have holes in your hand histories. Plus, I do a lot of calculations and tracking that PT does not.

I know keeping records is important. But with the advent of pokertracker, what would you want ot keep a record of that isn't already there?
