both of these hands depend on how the table plays.
hand one: I like the check-raise on the flop, but it's good to sometimes save that for the turn when you can a big bet out of a preflop raiser. hand two: i don't understand the three-bet, i would fold preflop since you are in a terrible position to call, much less three bet. |

Hand 1 is not a very good board to check-raise. Your play looks like a bluff or semibluff, and a thinking opponent will call you down quite liberally, perhaps with as little as KQ, unless maybe some scary cards come on the board.
