I've seen on line poker sites advertised in bathrooms before. And I believe there were some on the inside of the stall doors.

Awesome idea, it's really hard to wipe my ass with those worthless affiliate codes when they are hyperlinks.

i saw an ad in a small diner in sf for golden palace or some other small site, right over the pisser...
