Default KJ in LP?

Is there any TYPICAL correct way to play this on the button? I can't determine what size raise is appropriate, if any? Specifically, I'm talking about KJo, but suited applies as well.

Default Re: KJ in LP?

If first to enter raise your standard pre flop raise. . . gets trickier with limpers as a lot of people will limp from EP with AJ and KQ. . . If you use the Gap Concept you can stay away from a lot of trouble with this hand.
