Empire Bonus

Anyone know if Empire will give me the bonus if I withdraw money from my account then deposit it back in to get the bonus?

Thanks for the alert on the bonus, I didn't get an email, I just wanted to add two things:

If you recieved that $10 (or $25?) bonus earlier this month and haven't cleared it you'll have to do that first (I have to play 800 hands to clear $110).

There seems to be some trouble with the Empire cashier right now, this was mentioned in another thread but just wanted to give a HU for those who didn't see it. You'll go through and make your deposit as normal but on the confirmation screen you'll get an error message that says something like "Deposit not accepted, reason: null" DO NOT GO BACK AND TRY AGAIN! Chances are the deposit went through just fine (mine did). Check and see if the deposit went through by checking in the cashier window before you try to make another deposit...if you try again you can end up making two depoists so be careful.

Is it confirmed that one *need not receive* the email to get teh bonus?

I did not get the email and want ot be sure before I deposit.

As this was in the general newsletter and not directed to individual persons everyone should be elgible. That is my opinion.

You are correct, I didn't get the email (not that I know of at least), but I did get the bonus without any trouble.

If by "cleared" you mean lost the $10 and stopped playing, then I should be fine.

yup....glad you guys reminded me of the whole 'Null' problem that was going on....otherwise i might have deposited 2 or 3x.

i got the 'null' message, but the money was immediately in my account (including the $100 bonus-bucks so thanks for the heads-up on that too).
kind of cool that i had just taken some money out of empire yesterday...good timing...just turn that money right-back around and give me an extra $100.

by the way, i got no e-mail nor pop-up. i didnt check the website.
i bet the e-mails and pop-ups go out tomorrow or monday.

is party/empire going to fix this 'neteller-null' thing??
it's not like a really care too much about the transaction numbers, etc....but we obviously aren't getting them currently because of this issue and it could cause some kind of potential problem i suppose.
i'm not terribly worried of course, but this is party/empire we're dealing with afterall and anything can happen.
