ab workouts
i used to work out my abs a lot but then i stopped. i have since forgotten all the old workouts except for regular situps which i remember hearing were kind of bad for you.
does anyone know any good ab workouts? |

Crunches.
Lie down, keep your legs straight and lift them up. Hold them there for a bit. Repeat. If you have somewhere you can elevate yourself with your arms, bring your knees up to your chest, slowly. Can also do the leg lifting exercise in the air. |

I'm going to keep on bringing up the chug a beer then punch each other in the gut challenge until somebody actually does it.
