oh hell yah....boring as hell to watch straight out. It's gotta be filler - I think even the show's commercials acknowledge that...no one's gonna get out of bed at 6am and watch that for an hr. without not doing something or getting ready in the background.
If I had a baby, I'd probably sit with the baby in front of it for an hr each day just to entertain him/her with the sights that I'll be too poor to take him to go see...  Actually, I am doing that which shall not be named around here on a crapola 800x600 laptop in my recliner in front of the 55 inch LCD TV....makes for a nice mood piece. RB
