Well I know you want bad players at the game, and the suckout was just another suckout, but hypothetically by saying what he did, the two players at the end might have folded to my bet and thus I win no side pot, because they know he hit is flush.

His saying it had no impact on the action which was good, but it had potential to.

I just can't fathom that you should be allowed to discuss the cards in your hand while the hand is still in play.

He might of well said "I have 2 low hearts" or something etc.

Bear in mind this player was all in so at that point lying for deception was not an issue, he was not going to fold or get any more action on his money.
