it is better than talking to the guy m ore and making stupid posts, but not as good as blocking him.

The guy looks like a pathetic, degenerate or a con artist. Either way I'd just block him. As long as he can "reach out and touch" you, he's going to. Hoping/counting on you finally giving in - or blocking him. You can't be the first or only to have him on your back.
