Hand 1 is good. I like your line the whole way. It's fine to call the raise PF.

I might bet the flop, especially if the PF raiser is not too aggressive and might check the flop. The fact that he caps the turn surprised me, but I have no problem with you 3-betting. Don't worry about the str8 on the river. if you lost to a higher set, so be it.

Hand 2: without reads, it's harder, but the turn action definitely puts me in call down mode, BUT when it's checked through to me, I am betting that river for value sometimes. I'd be afraid of BB trying to check-raise the turn capper, but hey, I don't mind losing a lot of money with sets. Maybe it's a leak. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
