Although the (small) preflop raise from the blinds doesn't appear to be a steal, the OP loses when it is a steal, and both miss the flop and the SB takes it with a continuation bet.

Depending on the speed of the table, the aggressive-ness and intelligence of the blind, this seems to be a fold. Unless we are well aware of how to play postflop without a set, I think we lose too much when we are actually ahead on the flop because there aren't enough friendly boards.

Not sure if any one of the posts advocating a call indicate that from the size of the preflop raise it was likely SB had a hand and not a steal but this is crucial to the implied odds calculation.
