Small Stakes Hold Em by Miller is the best. He took all the good info from Carson's & Jones' books and expounded on it really well.
You can save yourself some money, by buying his book, however, I would still recommend buying Kreiger's book. Ed didn't get all the great info in his book implemented into his.

I've changed my mind. You should still buy Carson's book. It's only $14.95.

I agree that Small Stakes Hold'em is the best book for low limit games on the market. Although my recent review has sent my varience through the roof. In my opinion the starting hand requirements are a little on the loose for internet games.
