Re: Invited to Test new PP Beta Software
Publos,
Do you find the mini tables playable on the 17" ? btw... some of the confusion seems to be Party's statement on the beta page that "The minimum size for tiled tables is 512x387". That appears to be incorrect. (closer to 486x367) |

[ QUOTE ] WUXGA is actually 1920x1200. It's the Inspiron 9300, and graphics card makes exactly zero difference. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah, actually I have the Inspiron 6000. The resolution is indeed 1920 by 1200. My graphics card is only the ATI Mobility Radeon X300. [/ QUOTE ] Party said the min table size is 533 x 400. then 4 across is 2132x400. obviously that's not the case and the tables can go as low as 480 x 360. thx for sharing the info and screen shot! now to go and get the dell 9300 w/17" screen since the dell 6000 is only 15.4" |

This isn't a big deal at the moment; I don't plan on 5+ tabling for a while yet. |

Re: Invited to Test new PP Beta Software
The beta software seems to be based on an older build of the Party Client. Check out the pop up ad that comes up when you close out -- it pitches for Starluck Casino. I know this was the popup months ago from Party, but right now they have gone back to pushing the Party TAF referral when you close out. Older advertisement = older client = the probable reason for the 4 table limitation in beta.
