flop call is bad, I'd probably check-push the turn (possibility for free card, fold equity, and 13 outs is a good combination)
I don't think your bet is terrible though. |

i don't think the check/call on the flop is terrible. you can win some extra chips if you hit, and you may win the pot by spiking a pair on the turn and checking down. you can also choose to bluff the river if he checks behind on the turn.
i'd prefer a c/r all-in on the flop though. there's a pretty low chance he'll have a hand that he wants to play with. if he's a thinking player, he'll be less inclined to play against you b/c it's the bubble. |

Lead on the flop, if he raises you, then you have more information and can act on it on the turn.
If he just calls he probably has a small piece of the flop and will fold to a turn bet. |
