Beef curtains is well known British slang - I'm guessing somehow she must of picked it up from someone in Britain.

Usually, when I've heard "beef curtains" or "meat curtains" referred to, it's been in the context of said labia that hang down much further than normal.

Actually banged a girl with the biggest curtains Ive ever seen to the point I had to tell my friends and she is now referred to by us as Beef Curtains....

...and sadly after i was done with her my buddy started banging her about a year later.

Jesus, not every piece of "British" slang you hear in America is stolen. Beef curtains has been around forever here. Not saying it's American either but she definitely didn't need to hear a Brit say it to pick it up.
