What is your EP pushing range w/ 7-10BB?

Without reads you still have to lean one way or the other -- otherwise you'll have your thumb up your butt every time your table gets broken. I agree that blinds and tournament structure are some grossly needed info.

If it's a full 9-person table and I'm UTG with 8-ish BBs, I'm usually pushing AJo+, KQo+, 88+. If there are fewer people at the table or a couple of folds in front of me, that range will widen.
