I'd call the safe turn card and call any nonace river. MP could definitely have you beat, but he could very easily have a 9 or a draw (even something like TJ/JQ, especially if he has a diamond) or a big ace that missed. I don't think you're ahead but you're getting slightly better than 8:2 on a calldown, and I do think you're alright 25%. Having the Td adds a tiny fraction of equity against a possible flush draw as well, though that's not a huge thing.

If you do decide to fold this, no matter what he shows you, I'd be considering orbiting out and taking a break for 20 minutes or so if you are running bad. This sort of hand is demoralizing when you fold it. (it isn't thrilling if you play and lose, but that can be easier to shrug off as genuine bad luck - then you need to make sure your image isn't that of a loser)
