Bay101 Daytime
What is the play like during the day on Fridays?
Thinking of going there and popping my B&M cherry this Friday playing some 3/6 or 6/12. |

Re: Bay101 Daytime
it's about the same all the time. 6-12 is only slightly less loose/crazy than the 3-6. it's a better game because it's the same rake, though.
Friday's get busy when the tourney is over, though, so try to get there before noon if you don't want to wait forever for your seat. |

Re: Bay101 Daytime
I would seriously consider going to Artichoke Joe's if you are playing 6-12. They rake $4 from the pot at Bay101. This sucks for two reasons. First, the rake is too high. Second, by not having a live drop on the button, there is considerably less action and smaller pots. They take $4 bucks at Artichokes also but at least $1 of that goes to a bad beat jackpot. Plus the $3 drop is on the button and plays.

Re: Bay101 Daytime
Quick update on Art. Joe's. Just recently the button no longer has to post the $3 (at least in the 3/6 game). It's been that way for a few weeks I guess ( my first time there was 10/27 and dealers were reminding regulars the rule recently changed).
