Do not fold KK preflop. Only one hand is better. Seriously its about 1-25 or 1-50 (I forget its in HOH) someone has AA if you have KK. I think you just have selective memory. Going all in everytime is profitable. Just consider the range of hands. Unless you have a ton of stats on someone and his PFR is less then 1% im going all in everytime.
