In a situation like this, I just call the reraise with QQ. I never push QQ preflop because the only guys calling are KK, AA and the very rare donkey who will probably out flop me with his JTs anyway. Against most players, I'll fold QQ if they 3-bet me all-in preflop.
If all low cards come on the flop, I'll call one continuation bet if he bets the pot or less into me. If its checked to me, I'll bet about 3/4 pot to see if he has a missed AK, but probably fold to a check-raise. If an A or K flops and villain bets strong, I probably fold. If an A or K flops and villain checks, I probably check behind. My turn and river actions are all situation and villain dependent, but my main objective on every street would be to get to a cheap showdown. |
