After your protest at my pick I took a closer look. Here are my thoughts.

Saints are 1-4, the one win was at home against one of the NFL's worst teams coming off a huge upset. This team had been thinking playoffs, but that seems far away right now. The Bears on the other hand are 1-3 having played a pretty nasty schedule. They broke in a new QB to start the year and the offense has suffered. Last week staring down a 15 point deficit and looking all the worst team in the league moniker they were getting the Bears did something no one would have expected, they stood up and turned things around. Kordell actually looked like a decent QB, the line looked good, the defense was up to task. All out of a game that looked hopeless. I think that game was the type that will get the Bears onto playing better. They won't win many games, but they should look a lot better than they have so far. And the Saints? Well they might respond, but they have the looks of a team about to implode. They haven't played well and they are decimated by injuries. Laying this many points on a team with such problems just seems crazy to me. If anything they are due for a new low. I think they tried to rescue the season with last week's good effort, only to be undone by a kick return. I just see them about to go downhill here, they still have 5 divisional games left in what has become one of the toughest divisions in the league. Expecting them to right the ship seems wishful to me.
