I use a chair with an arm rest, but my desk is too high, so I use a pillow to extend the arm rest up. Makes for a real comfortable position. |

[/ QUOTE ] I actually have a "TV Tray" folding table type thing that I use as a mouse desk, so my entire forearm is supported. My writs is popping and cracking like a 90 year old's knees in the morning. Is this a symptom of carpal tunnel? |
