Going to the doc on Tuesday for it. What should I expect?

FWIW I use a trackball mouse, and it is at (what I've heard anyway) the 'correct' position: Arm not extedned, elbow at 90 degrees.

You also have to make sure your arm to your elbow is supported, or else you're just bending your wrist constantly (and that's where the pain comes from).

I use a chair with an arm rest, but my desk is too high, so I use a pillow to extend the arm rest up. Makes for a real comfortable position.

I actually have a "TV Tray" folding table type thing that I use as a mouse desk, so my entire forearm is supported. My writs is popping and cracking like a 90 year old's knees in the morning. Is this a symptom of carpal tunnel?
