I was just in Vegas a few weeks ago and checked out bunch of different rooms that spread low limits. Excalibur is by far the best to start with. They spread 2-4 and 3-6 fixed limit games now (as well as 1-3 and 2-6 spread), both are eligible for their High Hand and Aces cracked jackpot wheel.

The Lux is a good choice too, but the Jackpot wheel and other perks at Excalibur make it better for low limits.

excalibur 1-3 is great to start out on, one blind and ten players = a lot of hands for cheap... but if u can risk a little more 2/4$ w/ $3/hr comp at Imperial Palace is probably a little better deal
