I call that raise all day long. Besides the pot odds issue that you already addressed, there's the table image issue...if I do hit my hand & win at showdown, I want the whole table to know from hand 1 that I'm not folding my blinds lightly, so raise them at their own risk.
But mainly, I'm just a sucker for sooted cards. |
