Should have lead or check raised the turn.

Ed Miller also said, " While a bettor can be bluffing a caller can not." I would fold the river to the caller. Heads up I would call though.

You must call. You have 4 outs to a boat and a "couple" of outs the nut flush one of them gives a royal flush.

I think I stick around.

The call line is about the river not the turn. HU I call, this is tougher with one overcall already and one more to act behind us (who at least hasn't bet this hand so a raise is unlikely).

The UTG+2 call sure seems like a Tx holding a straight but is not willing to raise in the face of a possible flush. You are in the dark because you got weak on the turn. If you bet out and get raised on the turn, I think it is much easier to lay down on the river. Without that info, I make a crying call in this big pot.
