A10o 3 handed

Its three handed and I am in the BB with A10o Button is a decent and very aggressive, but a little too loose PF. We have bumped head several times so far. Button opens, SB folds, I three bet, He caps Flop comes A J 10 two hearts check, bet, checkraise, three bet, I cap??? Turn 5 hearts I bet he calls River Four of hearts putting a four flush on the board I clark it, he raises, I fold |

It looks good but I call that river. The pot is pretty big, and he can still be pushing AK/AQ here with no hearts.

Is bet-folding this river best against such an aggressive player? How capable is he of bluff-raising you?

I'm check calling this river, I don't want to risk he's simply getting out of line in this sized pot.

I dont like a check call here at all. The villian is a decent player so I doubt he is going to be betting any hands here that I beat. So check calling is only going cost me a bet when I am behind and miss one when I am ahead. But the pot is big so that line of thinking my be incorrect here.
Would he bluff raise me here after I have shown so much strength? I doubt it but really cant say for sure. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] If he did I got owned [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] So maybe I should have called that bet on the end. |
