call flop to see if you improve, pick up a draw, or villain checks turn. Whether to call down from turn depends how often he'd continue with TT or below.

I guess a lot depends on your read of SB. |

Assuming turn and river of T or below, call, call, call.
Check behind if checked to on the turn because I think a pair below jacks, if it checks, will tend to fold and if you get checkraised, while it's an easy fold, you miss your opportunity to hit one of your 5 outs. Bet the river if checked to again because you're going to be kept honest by tons of low pairs, or call if bet at because most worse hands won't pay off raises. |

If you do choose to call turn against a good player it's probably correct to fold river by the way.
