You figured it out on your own... your defense can be your offense for this one. You also have the option of bombing the pot on the turn if you want... either way, the first thing you should do is check.

[/ QUOTE ] I'm not so sure about this. 3-bet and then check is so fishy that a thinking opponent can put you on a real hand pretty easily IMO. He may even check through like AQ which would be dreadful. I think bet-call is a proper amount of action. If you bet and he calls you can consider check-raising the river for value. -James |
