And in order to do that, they have to find a way to cut the ties to the affiliates that have signed up these players some time ago.

Party can't pay the 25-30% fee to the affiliates and a rakeback on top of that.

Party paid 45 million dollar i affiliate fees in the first six months in 2005. I would think the company want to use those funds to the players rather than the affiliates.
