If he's passive postflop, you gotta fold this.

I slow down on the flop, ethier a busted flush draw, or a hand that has you. This is assumeing he is a striaght forward player. I really cant give you a definate decsion with out some read on how he plays. Does he bluff?, does he draw at flushes for the wrong price?

If hes an unknown i probably check call and hope for a busted flush.

I only had 40 hands on him at the time, hadn't seen him make any bluffs or do anything stupid in general, just quite passive.

If you think he may have a flushdraw why don't you bet stronger on the turn? The half-potsized bet lets any OESD or flushdraw stay in there, and you still don't know where you stand (I would check turn tho. I don't like to get into a lot of trouble in an unraised pot). I think I would fold river as played here

because hes still getting an incorrect price to draw, we want him to call and bluff the river, although in this situation, I'm not sure I like calling the river.

I check/fold the river if he's passive. You're only getting laid about 2.8 to 1 on the river so it's not a big mistake even if you are laying down the winner.

He may put you on a busted flush draw and be betting the little piece he has. However, he's passive and you have TP crap kicker on the flop and he stuck with it. I think his little piece beats your little piece and the paired 4's seals it for me. I'd fold. I block this occasionally to learn how someone plays b/c a busted flush folds here. I like the block against passive opponents here especially but not too often.

Well I folded, I figured he might some Kx [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] combination, I can't think of a better line for this hand really, maybe checking the turn hoping he checks behind and then check-calling a reasonable bet from a missed draw.

I like this line better.

Either that or fold the flop. Reverse implied odds could help justify it.
