Both your A and J have to be good to make this call. Given your description as a bit laggy you can probably assume that both cards are live so I'd call. [/ QUOTE ] We are around 46% to win versus KK, QQ, JJ with no spade in them. We are 43% against the same hands with a spade in them. We are ahead of 1010 and 99, and 47% against 88 with a spade. So the only hands that make this hand a fold is 55-77, 3-4, 4-8, 8-9 and AA. Pretty hard to narrow the villian's range to just these hands. I still think it is +EV to call here. Brad |
