Called Will Hill and explained the situation(I wont go into it, just that funds were taken out of my account incorrectly). CS rep was very helpful and said there were some issues with Neteller recently. I was assured that the matter would be taken care of, and that my missing funds would be re-credited back into my account by noon on Monday EST.

Will wait and see. Others here might want to check their balances at Will Hill, especially if you have made any kind of withdrawal in the last couple of weeks.
