Re: Are there any full time poker players who only play in B&M\'s
I know a few people that play only in casinos for a living, but both the guys I'm thinking of play 50+ hours a week to bring home maybe 30k a year. That's a lot of work for the money. I play about 25 hours a week and almost all of it is live. I just don't enjoy playing online as much, and B&M games are much, much softer. I have never seen an online game as soft as the 4-8 game I play in. Even a 1-2 game on Pacific or Party on its best day doesn't come close.

I think it is possible but you need a much larger safety net. The natural variance of the game is such that one could conceivebaly go for several months at break-even pace. Online allows one to get in more hands, thus the variance takes less TIME, but the same amount of hands.

Re: RRRRICK, you\'re rrrrranting!!
Yeah, I read their hands all the time, some are soooo easy it's just pathetic. Often times I can almost push the pot before I even see the cards....

I have a simple solution to this: Play much higher live than I do online. Then I'm sure to remain patient.
