Is poker traffic worth and......

I have been playing online poker at party for only 4 months at the 25NL. I generally bring in about 200 a week with some weeks being up to 450. My previous poker experience in B and M cardrooms is large but my online play knowledge is limited at best. Will poker tracker improve my game? If so, what can i expect?
